Dr. Stephanie Anne Wilson is a PhD in Business, an autistic domestic abuse survivor, and now an award-winning entrepreneur who has dedicated her career to advancing economic equality for women.
As the Founder of She’s In Business, Stephanie has supported over 14,000 female entrepreneurs across 85+ countries in starting, growing, and scaling their businesses through fully funded, accredited business training.
Her mission is bold and clear: to break down barriers to business education for women globally—including those in third-world countries and neurodivergent women who face systemic challenges in traditional employment. Her programs have helped hundreds of women with autism and ADHD transition from welfare to self-sufficiency, showcasing entrepreneurship as a powerful pathway to financial independence.
A pioneering researcher, Stephanie has conducted groundbreaking studies exploring the link between clinical autistic traits and entrepreneurial success, and her findings will be featured in an upcoming TEDx Talk, establishing her as a thought leader in neurodiversity in business.
