They have been recognized for their groundbreaking work and have received numerous accolades, including Military and Civilian Commendation Medals, Provost Courage Award, Federal Employee of the Year awards, and state-based advocacy honors. Aang’s passion for advocacy began as a volunteer victim advocate and has evolved into a career focused on empowering others to lead with consciousness and courage.

Aang’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Norwich University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Science in Human Relations and Organization Development with a focus on Executive Leadership. They continue to integrate these diverse fields of study into their coaching and consulting practice, promoting a holistic approach to leadership that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental to organizational success.
